OBJXN AI LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates an AI-assisted sales positioning and strategic closing application. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.
OBJXN AI is an AI-assisted sales positioning and strategic closing application. It supports sales professionals during customer interactions by providing real-time positioning guidance, strategic closing support, and mastery mentorship.
How it works: OBJXN AI does not record or retain raw audio. OBJXN AI relies on Chrome's built-in Web Speech API for speech recognition. Depending on Chrome's configuration and implementation, speech may be processed on the device or transmitted by the browser to Google's speech-recognition infrastructure — OBJXN AI does not control or have visibility into which processing path is used for a particular session. Any processing performed by Google or through Chrome is subject to the applicable Google and/or Chrome terms and privacy disclosures, not this Privacy Policy. OBJXN AI's application servers do not receive, retain, or have access to the raw microphone audio captured by the browser. During an active session, the Application sends limited text from the conversation — a short trailing excerpt, not the full session — together with relevant product details to our AI service provider to generate a strategic response. After a session, when you open your Session Summary, up to the most recent 4,000 characters of the session's text transcript are sent once to our AI service provider to identify Action Items; when you open the Mastery Report, the resistance moments detected during the session and the suggestions shown on screen are sent once to generate the report. These excerpts and the session transcript are not stored on OBJXN AI's servers (see Section 3 for how our AI service provider handles them). The one exception is the consent exchange described below: that specific transcript is retained as a verification record, as described in Section 2. OBJXN AI itself does not intentionally record, store, or transmit session audio; we work only with the text Chrome returns to the browser. Other information, such as account, authentication, payment, security, and consent-verification data, is processed separately as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. Outside of what is described in this Privacy Policy, OBJXN AI's systems are not used, and are not authorized, to access, retain, or use session content for any purpose beyond generating that session's real-time guidance, Action Items, and Mastery Report. See Section 3 for more on Google's role as the speech-recognition provider.
Consent Capture: Before a VOIP Session, or a Dual Role Play session where a colleague is practicing with you, the Application displays one of several pre-approved disclosure scripts on screen — selected by you before the session — for you to read aloud to the other party; the Application does not play any audio disclosure itself. If no response is detected, the Application automatically listens once more before the attempt is treated as a timeout. The exchange — which disclosure script was read, the transcript generated by the speech-recognition system from the other party's spoken reply, and how many listening attempts were needed — is stored as a verification record, bounded to that consent moment only. Because automated speech recognition may be incomplete or inaccurate, the transcript may not be a word-for-word representation of what was spoken. OBJXN AI itself does not record, transmit, or store audio — only the resulting text. If consent is declined, or if no response is detected after the automatic retry, the session is blocked and a text record captures the outcome. This consent system is required any time a real second person's voice will be processed — it does not apply to Single Role Play sessions, since no one else's voice is involved. See our Terms of Service for the full explanation of VOIP vs. Roleplay Sessions and your responsibilities.
The consent capture feature does not determine whether consent is legally required, whether a particular disclosure is legally sufficient, or whether a participant has provided legally valid consent. It is a technical tool intended to assist you with your own compliance obligations, not a substitute for them. Speech processing does not activate until consent is captured and you confirm the disclosure screen. You may end any session at any time.
Your name and email address are held by our authentication sub-processor. Subscription status is held by our payment processor. OBJXN AI LLC does not store your password or payment card information. This account information is retained for as long as your account remains active, and for a limited period after account closure as reasonably necessary for legal, tax, account-recovery, or dispute-resolution purposes — see the retention table in Section 10 for the current period.
We collect the email address and any other information you provide when you contact support, along with the content of that communication, to respond to you and maintain a record of the interaction. We also use your account email to send transactional communications — account notices, billing notices, security alerts, and legally required notices. Messages sent through the contact form on our website are stored in our cloud database — your name, email address, and message, the subscription plan on your account if you have one, and the IP address and browser information of the request (used to prevent spam and abuse) — and are also delivered to our support inbox through a third-party form email service.
We may collect technical information generated when you use the Services, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, request identifiers, authentication events, and security events. We use this information to operate and secure the Services, prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.
You may enter product details — such as company name, product name, competitive advantages, and pricing — to personalize your sessions. This information is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to OBJXN AI's database. However, the product details needed for a particular response or search — such as your company and product names, advantages, industry, general location, and competitor names — are included in the requests sent to our AI service provider and web search provider (see Section 3).
At the end of a session, you may choose to save session results locally. Saving is optional and user-initiated. Session results and session history saved through the Application are stored locally in your browser/device storage — they are not uploaded to OBJXN AI's servers merely because you save them locally.
Session duration and session score are calculated and shown to you locally on your device only. Separately, OBJXN AI LLC's cloud database records when a session is started and when a session is completed — your account email and a timestamp, with no duration, score, transcript, or other session content — retained for up to 1 year to enforce your plan's daily session limit and manage subscription usage.
Each VOIP Session and Dual Role Play session generates a verification record stored in OBJXN AI LLC's cloud database — Single Role Play sessions do not, since no consent capture is required. These records document the Application's recorded outcome of the consent-confirmation process — not a legal determination that valid consent was obtained — and include:
OBJXN AI does not record, transmit, or store audio as part of this process — only the resulting text, as described in Section 1. If consent is declined, or if no response is detected after the automatic retry, a text-based record of that outcome is stored. Verification records are retained for 7 years from the date of the session — this period reflects the record's purpose as evidence of the consent workflow for dispute resolution, legal or regulatory defense, and misuse prevention, not indefinite retention for its own sake — unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. This 7-year period applies specifically to consent verification records; other data categories are retained for the shorter periods described in Section 10.
We also keep a dated record of the exact wording of each version of the disclosure scripts and of the on-screen acknowledgment you accept before a session, so that the script referenced in a verification record can be matched to its exact wording.
If you contact us to exercise a privacy right — for example, to access, delete, or correct your information — we keep a record of the request: your email address, the type of request, and the dates it was received, verified, and completed. We use this record to respond to your request and to document how it was handled. See Section 10 for the retention period.
OBJXN AI relies on Chrome's built-in Web Speech API for speech recognition. Depending on Chrome's configuration and implementation, speech may be processed on the device or transmitted by the browser to Google's speech-recognition infrastructure. OBJXN AI does not control, configure, or have visibility into which processing path is used for a particular session, and OBJXN AI's application servers do not receive, retain, or have access to the raw microphone audio. Any processing performed by Google or through Chrome is subject to the applicable Google and/or Chrome terms and privacy disclosures. OBJXN AI does not control Google's processing of audio that occurs outside OBJXN AI's systems.
Text is sent to a third-party AI service provider to generate the Application's guidance: during a session, a short excerpt of the recent conversation together with relevant product details; after a session, up to the most recent 4,000 characters of the session's text transcript when you open the Session Summary (to identify Action Items), and the resistance moments detected with the suggestions shown on screen when you open the Mastery Report. No audio is included. OBJXN AI does not store these requests or the session transcript on its servers. Our AI service provider processes this content under its commercial terms, which prohibit using it to train or develop its general-purpose AI models and may permit limited retention for purposes such as safety and abuse monitoring. OBJXN AI does not use your session transcripts, session results, or consent records to train or develop AI models.
To find current product, pricing, and competitor information, the Application sends search queries to a third-party web search provider. Queries can include your company and product names, industry, general location, whether the session is a business or residential sale, and competitor names — including a competitor name the other party clearly mentions during a session (for example, “we got a quote from [name]”). Apart from such a competitor name, queries do not include your session transcript, and they never include audio.
Messages sent through the contact form on our website are delivered to our support inbox by a third-party form email service, which processes your name, email address, and message under its own privacy policy.
User accounts, and the verification records described above, are managed and stored by a third-party authentication and database sub-processor under its own privacy policy.
API requests are routed through a third-party infrastructure sub-processor. Standard request metadata may be processed under its own privacy policy.
Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. OBJXN AI LLC does not handle or store payment card information.
Our website and Application do not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this section.
Our service providers may process personal information in countries other than the country in which you reside. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
Laws regarding consent, recording, and AI disclosure vary by jurisdiction. OBJXN AI's consent capture system is designed to assist with compliance, but you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Application complies with applicable laws. See our Terms of Service for full disclosure responsibilities.
You may delete all locally stored data at any time using the Clear History or Clear Product Data options in the app settings, or by clearing browser site data. Locally stored information may remain accessible to anyone who has access to your device or browser profile — we recommend avoiding use of OBJXN AI on shared or public devices for sensitive conversations.
Because this data lives in your browser, clearing your browser's cookies and site data, using a private or incognito window, or switching to another device or browser starts you with a blank product setup and no session history. Your account, plan, and daily session count are not affected.
Verification records generated by the consent capture system are stored securely in our cloud database for compliance purposes. These are text-based records only — including the transcript generated from the consent exchange (the disclosure read and the other party's spoken reply, bounded to that moment only) and metadata such as timestamp and device information. No audio is stored. Using Clear History or Clear Product Data in the app is designed to delete only the data described as locally stored above — it does not delete your verification records, which remain in our cloud database for the retention period stated in Section 2. To request deletion of your verification records specifically, contact support@objxn.com; we will process verified requests subject to the exceptions described in Section 2.
Records that a session was started and completed — your account email and a timestamp only, see Usage Statistics in Section 2 — are retained in our cloud database for up to 1 year to enforce daily session limits and manage subscription usage. We also log which type of request was made (AI response generation or a live web search) and which AI model handled it, for the same purpose and retention period — never the content of the request or response. When access is denied — because your plan's daily session limit was reached, a sign-in or session token was missing or invalid, or requests exceeded rate limits (including on our website contact form) — we log the reason, the account email provided, the feature involved, and a timestamp, for the same purpose and retention period.
Contact-form messages, privacy-request records, and the dated record of consent-script wording described in Section 2 are also stored in our cloud database.
Account information is held by our authentication sub-processor. Subscription and billing information is held by our payment processor. OBJXN AI LLC does not store these directly.
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have rights to:
OBJXN AI is a Nevada company and does not specifically target or market to users in the EU or UK. To the extent GDPR or UK-GDPR applies to our processing of your personal data, we will honor the following rights and obligations:
We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. Nevada residents may contact support@objxn.com with any privacy inquiries. This statement addresses the sale of covered information specifically and is not a representation of complete compliance with every requirement of NRS 603A.
A growing number of other U.S. states have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws, with more taking effect over time. Most of these laws only apply to companies above a certain size (measured by revenue or by the number of consumers whose data they process); as an early-stage company, we do not currently meet most of these thresholds. Some states have broader applicability rules or limited small-business exemptions — for example, Texas generally exempts qualifying small businesses, subject to exceptions including certain sales of sensitive data.
Where a state privacy law applicable to you grants rights beyond those already described in this policy — such as rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing — we will honor a request to exercise those rights within the timeframe required by that law. This statement describes our general approach and is not a representation of complete compliance with every requirement of every state law. To exercise a state privacy right, contact support@objxn.com.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, using information reasonably necessary to confirm that the request relates to you. We will generally respond to verified privacy requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the applicable reason or exception.
OBJXN AI LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for monetary or other consideration — for any user, in any location. We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to build a profile about you for advertising or similar purposes.
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the Services described in this Privacy Policy — for example, short excerpts of a conversation during a session, a bounded portion of the transcript only when you open your Session Summary, and a consent verification record rather than an ongoing recording. Where we can accomplish a purpose without retaining information, we do not retain it; see the Data Retention table in Section 10.
OBJXN AI generates suggested talking points and strategic guidance for you to review and decide whether to use — it does not make decisions about you or any other person, and is not used to produce legal or similarly significant effects on you or on any other person. See Section 8 of our Terms of Service for more detail on how AI-generated guidance is delivered and used.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, OBJXN AI may act as a service provider on behalf of an account holder, or as an independent business for information we process for our own purposes. When OBJXN AI processes the speech of a Call Participant (see our Terms of Service) during a session, we do so at the account holder's direction — the account holder determines who participates in a session and why. Separately, OBJXN AI processes personal data for its own purposes, such as billing and account administration, security and fraud prevention, and legal compliance; that processing is governed by this Privacy Policy. This section describes our general role and is not itself a data-processing agreement or a representation about the specific contractual terms in place with any given sub-processor.
OBJXN AI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all API communication and access controls on our systems. Access to cloud-stored verification records is restricted to authorized personnel and systems with a business need to access them. Account credentials are managed and protected by our authentication sub-processor. Session data stored on your device is protected by your device's own security settings.
If we determine that a security incident has affected your personal information, we will provide notification as required by applicable law.
OBJXN AI is intended for professional use by adults aged 18 and over, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our separate 18-and-over eligibility requirement — see our Terms of Service — applies in addition to this. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact support@objxn.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and provide additional notice where required by applicable law. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specific periods vary by data type, as summarized below; unless a period is stated otherwise, a longer period may apply where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Infrastructure and security logs generated by our third-party providers (see Section 3) are governed by those providers' own retention practices, not this table.
We may change which providers we use to store this data, or move some of it to infrastructure we operate ourselves, as our business evolves. The retention periods in this table describe how long we keep the data, not which provider or infrastructure holds it — if that changes, we will update Section 3 and this table to reflect the current arrangement, as described in Section 9.
VOIP Sessions and Dual Role Play sessions involve a brief consent-capture exchange with another person — described in Section 2 — someone who has not created an OBJXN AI account and has not agreed to this Privacy Policy themselves. If you use OBJXN AI this way, please provide that person any disclosures, and obtain any permissions, required by applicable law before their speech is processed. Our consent-capture feature is a technical tool intended to help with that — it does not obtain that person's consent for you, and it does not determine whether the consent obtained was legally valid. See our Terms of Service for more on your responsibilities in this area.
These terms are used throughout this Privacy Policy to describe specific categories of data:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OBJXN AI application and services ("Services") provided by OBJXN AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
OBJXN AI is an AI-assisted sales positioning and strategic closing application. It supports sales professionals during customer interactions by providing real-time positioning guidance, strategic closing support, and mastery mentorship.
How it works: OBJXN AI does not record or retain raw audio. Speech recognition uses Chrome's built-in speech-to-text feature (the Web Speech API), provided by Google, which converts your spoken audio to text. OBJXN AI does not control whether Chrome processes the audio locally or through Google's speech-recognition infrastructure. OBJXN AI's application servers do not record, receive, or retain the underlying audio; the browser's speech-recognition functionality may process the audio as described above. Brief excerpts of the resulting text, together with relevant product details, are sent to our AI service provider to generate guidance, which is returned to your device. After a session, a bounded portion of the session text is sent once to generate Action Items and the Mastery Report. OBJXN AI does not store these excerpts or the session transcript on its servers. The one exception is the consent exchange, which is retained as a verification record as described in Section 3. See our Privacy Policy for the full explanation, including Google's role as the speech-recognition provider. Before each session, the Application presents a disclosure screen. Speech processing does not activate until you confirm the disclosure.
By creating an account or using OBJXN AI, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement; (c) you have read and understand these Terms; and (d) you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using OBJXN AI on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
OBJXN AI includes a consent capture feature designed to help users obtain verbal consent before beginning a session in which a real second person's voice will be processed — a VOIP Session, or a Dual Role Play session (see Section 4).
How it works:
The Application displays one of several pre-approved disclosure scripts on screen — selected by you before the session — for you to read aloud to the other party. The Application does not play any audio disclosure itself. After reading it, you tap to begin listening, and the Application transcribes the other party's spoken reply as text, using the same browser-based speech recognition described in Section 1. If no response is detected, the Application automatically listens once more before treating the attempt as a timeout. If consent is given, a text-based record of the exchange — including which disclosure script was read, the transcript generated from the other party's reply, how many listening attempts were needed, and metadata such as timestamp and device information — is securely stored for compliance verification. Speech recognition can be incomplete or inaccurate, so this transcript reflects what the recognition engine captured, not necessarily a word-for-word record of what was said. This record is bounded to the consent exchange only; it does not continue capturing the call once the session actually begins. OBJXN AI itself does not record, transmit, or store audio at any point in this process — only the resulting text. If consent is declined, or if no response is detected after the automatic retry, the session cannot proceed and a text-based record of that outcome is logged instead.
Speech processing does not activate until consent is captured and you confirm the disclosure screen.
This consent capture system applies to any session where a real second person's voice will be processed — VOIP Sessions, and Dual Role Play sessions where a colleague is practicing with you. Single Role Play sessions do not require or use this consent capture system, since no one else's voice is involved — see Section 4 below.
This system is intended to assist users in satisfying applicable consent and disclosure requirements. It does not determine whether legally sufficient consent has been obtained in any particular jurisdiction or circumstance. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of OBJXN AI complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
OBJXN AI supports two distinct session types, and it is important to understand the difference.
A VOIP Session is intended for use on a live call placed through a VOIP or softphone platform (for example, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, or similar services) where a real customer or other third party is on the line. VOIP Sessions require and use the Two-Party Consent Capture System described in Section 3 above.
Using a VOIP or softphone platform does not, by itself, eliminate or reduce any consent, recording, monitoring, or disclosure obligations that may apply to a conversation. Applicable laws may depend on the participants, their locations, the nature of the communication, and how the communication is processed — not on what network or technology carries the call.
A Roleplay Session is intended for practice, and comes in two forms with different consent requirements:
Roleplay Mode must never be used on a live call with a customer. Single Role Play skips consent capture because no other person's voice is involved — using it on a live call would mean transcribing the customer's speech without their knowledge or agreement, which may violate consent and recording laws in your jurisdiction. Always use VOIP Session for a live customer call.
OBJXN AI does not support use during a call placed through your device's standard phone dialer over a cellular carrier network. This is a device-level limitation, not a defect in the Application: mobile operating systems isolate microphone access from third-party applications during an active cellular call, so speech cannot be reliably captured or transcribed through OBJXN AI in that scenario. Use OBJXN AI with a supported VOIP or softphone platform instead.
Single Role Play is unaffected by this limitation because it does not involve a live call or another person's speech. A user may use Single Role Play on a cellular device to practice speaking aloud. Single Role Play must not be used to process, transcribe, monitor, or analyze another person's speech, including speech from a customer or other call participant on speakerphone.
Laws regarding consent, recording, and AI disclosure vary by state and country. OBJXN AI is not a recording tool — it does not create an audio or video recording of your calls, and using it does not by itself satisfy or eliminate any consent, recording, or disclosure obligation that would otherwise apply to your conversation. OBJXN AI's consent capture system, described in Section 3, is designed to assist with compliance, but does not determine whether consent is legally required, whether a disclosure is legally sufficient, or whether valid consent was actually obtained in any particular jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Application — including compliance with any AI-disclosure requirements, not only recording and consent laws — meets all applicable legal obligations. OBJXN AI LLC is not a party to your conversations and cannot provide legal advice regarding your specific obligations.
OBJXN AI provides AI-generated sales positioning and mentoring guidance for professional development. AI-generated content is not legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating how to use any guidance provided.
This guidance is a decision-support tool delivered only to you, the user — never directly to the other party on a session. You review each suggestion and decide independently whether and how to act on it; OBJXN AI does not use sessions to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you or on any other person. You are solely responsible for decisions made in connection with any customer, prospect, employee, or other person based on or influenced by the Services.
Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client, financial-advisor, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or other professional relationship between you and OBJXN AI LLC.
Except for Your Content (defined below), the Services and all related software, technology, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks — including OBJXN AI, Real Time Sales Positioning, Strategic Closing Solution, and Mastery Mentorship — and other materials are owned by or licensed to OBJXN AI LLC.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Your Content. You retain ownership of the product and business information you enter into the Application, and of your session results and Mastery Report content. You grant OBJXN AI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and otherwise use that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and provide the Services to you, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated responses produced during your sessions are made available to you for your use in connection with the Services; OBJXN AI does not claim ownership of your underlying business content merely because it was used to generate a response.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance in USD. Your subscription begins immediately upon payment.
By subscribing, you authorize OBJXN AI LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
If you enrolled online, you may cancel your subscription online at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation requires no phone call, no email, no survey, and no additional steps beyond those required to sign up. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately, and you will receive an on-screen confirmation. You keep access to the Services through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Our subscription practices are designed to comply with applicable federal and state automatic-renewal and negative-option requirements, including California's Automatic Renewal Law.
From time to time OBJXN AI LLC may offer promotional pricing, such as a percentage off the first month's subscription fee. Promotional pricing applies only to the period stated in the offer; your subscription will renew at the then-current standard rate for your plan after the promotional period ends, unless you cancel before that renewal.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, including for any unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges — see Click-to-Cancel above — but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid renewal, cancel before your next billing date. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change by email to the address associated with your account, and/or through an in-app notification.
Each subscription tier includes a daily session limit, as shown on our pricing page. Limits reset daily, and unused sessions do not roll over.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBJXN AI LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or that AI-generated content will be accurate for every situation. You are responsible for evaluating how to use the guidance provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBJXN AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (i) one hundred dollars ($100), or (ii) the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OBJXN AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, losses, or expenses arising to the extent from: (a) your unlawful use or misuse of the Application; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your failure to comply with applicable consent, recording, or privacy laws; (d) your infringement of any third party's rights; or (e) your unauthorized processing or recording of another person's speech through the Application.
The Services depend on a number of systems outside our control, including Chrome and its speech-recognition feature, Google's infrastructure, VOIP and softphone platforms, our AI service provider, and general internet connectivity. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control — including browser updates, operating-system changes, third-party API or infrastructure changes, changes by our AI model or service provider, security incidents outside our reasonable control, outages or changes by any of the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy, internet or telecommunications failures, acts of God, government action, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Before filing any legal action, contact us at support@objxn.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, either party may elect binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless both parties agree otherwise.
You and OBJXN AI LLC agree that disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of any class or representative action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
Cancelling your subscription (to stop future billing) and terminating your account (to close it entirely) are different actions. To cancel your subscription, use Click-to-Cancel in your account dashboard as described in Section 10 — this stops future charges but does not by itself delete your account. To terminate your account entirely, contact support@objxn.com. We may also suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Sections 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with anyone else. You must notify us promptly at support@objxn.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
In the course of using OBJXN AI, you may submit non-public business information — for example, details about a customer, a deal, pricing, or a competitive situation. We will treat non-public information you submit through the Services as confidential, and will not disclose it except as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Services (including sending relevant product, competitor, and session details to our AI service provider and web search provider, as described in our Privacy Policy), to comply with applicable law, to enforce these Terms, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. We will not use session transcripts, session results, or consent records to train, fine-tune, or develop AI models. We collect and retain only what's reasonably necessary to provide the Services — see the Data Minimization section of our Privacy Policy for more detail.
This confidentiality commitment does not extend to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of ours, that you disclose to us without any obligation of confidentiality, or that we are required to disclose by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on how personal information is processed, the Privacy Policy controls as to that processing.
We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and maintaining required compliance records. Consent records may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary to document the circumstances under which consent was captured or to satisfy applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Specific retention periods for each category of data are set out in the Data Retention section of our Privacy Policy.
By creating an account or using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including account notices, service announcements, billing notices, security alerts, and legally required notices. You may not opt out of transactional or legally required communications while maintaining an account. Marketing communications, if any, are handled separately and you may opt out of those at any time.
If you voluntarily submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about OBJXN AI, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, and without any obligation to keep it confidential. We will not publicly identify you as the source of feedback without your permission.
VOIP Sessions and Dual Role Play sessions involve processing another person's speech — someone who hasn't created an OBJXN AI account or agreed to these Terms themselves (a "Call Participant"). If you use OBJXN AI this way, please provide that person any disclosures, and obtain any permissions, required by applicable law before their speech is processed. The consent capture feature in Section 3 is a tool to help with that — it doesn't shift that responsibility to OBJXN AI or discharge it on your behalf.
As between you and OBJXN AI, you determine who participates in a session and why; OBJXN AI processes that speech only on your behalf and at your direction, to provide you the Services.

OBJXN AI does three things: joins your real VOIP sales calls and delivers live strategic guidance, runs Real-Time Product Research to build a battle card grounded in current web data, and powers Roleplay Coaching to practice objection handling between live calls. Every VOIP and Roleplay session ends with a Mastery Report.
VOIP Sessions are for a live call with a customer, placed through a VOIP or softphone platform — Teams, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, and similar. The other party's verbal consent is required first. Roleplay Sessions are for practice: Single Role Play (alone, no consent needed) or Dual Role Play (a colleague stands in — requires the same verbal consent as a live call).
OBJXN AI does not work on a native cellular call placed through your phone's regular dialer — a phone-hardware limitation, not something we're able to add.
Tell OBJXN AI what you sell and who you're up against. It researches your product and named competitors against live web data and builds a battle card — advantages, competitor weaknesses, price anchors, and trust facts.
Rapid Fire generates a live discovery question the moment resistance is detected, reacting to exactly what the customer just said. Live Coach reads the pattern of objections raised so far and gets ahead of what's likely coming next.
At this time, OBJXN AI only supports Chrome, using the browser's built-in speech recognition feature. Other browsers are not currently supported.
A summary of your session performance, including resistance types encountered, strategic responses delivered, and areas for improvement.
A section on your Session Summary surfacing concrete follow-ups you committed to during the call. It searches the entire session transcript, not just the moments near an objection, and shows the real quote it came from.
No. OBJXN AI does not record or store your call audio. Consent is logged as a text-based record, synced to our server as the durable copy.
Speech recognition uses Chrome's built-in speech-to-text feature (the Web Speech API), provided by Google. Depending on Chrome's own configuration, your audio may be processed on your device or sent to Google's servers for transcription — OBJXN AI does not control which, and does not itself receive, transmit, or store your raw audio either way. During a session, brief text excerpts are sent to OBJXN AI's own infrastructure to generate live guidance. After a session ends, the full text transcript is used to generate your Mastery Report and Action Items. OBJXN AI never uploads or stores audio — only text.
No. OBJXN AI does not use your session data, product data, or consent records to train AI models.
Use Clear History or Clear Product Data in Settings, or clear your browser's site data. For server-side account data, email support@objxn.com.
You choose from several pre-approved disclosure scripts and read one aloud; OBJXN AI listens for a "yes" or "no," with one automatic retry if there's no response. No audio is recorded — if consent is given, a text record is logged and synced to our server, and the session begins right away. If declined, the session cannot proceed.
